Perfect location with wonderful staff
I stayed for 2 nights in a cozy Family King Room with Sofa Bed. The location was ideal for exploring Nottingham, making our city break enjoyable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist with local suggestions, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety including warm, fresh options. the parking situation was a bit tricky, as the restricted access made it hard to find the hotel entrance.

Only one lift operational led to annoyingly long waits to get anywhere, taking up to 8 minutes, and made it impossible to avoid stopping on every floor. The toilet door had difficulties shutting properly, while the bedside lamp was malfunctioning. I also noticed some electrical issues with a plug that felt unstable. Fresh towels weren't always provided without prompting, which felt frustrating during our stay. The steam room had a lack of heat that gym members indicated has been a long-standing issue, which dampened the experience a bit.
